We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, which helps us in the fast fabrication of our qualitative range of gear boxes that includes heavy duty planetary drives, crane electric winches, geared motors, flame proof winches, creep drives etc. Our manufacturing unit is built in an area of 800 Sq. meters that further assist us in meeting the bulk order of our clients and delivering them within the stipulated time frame. In addition to this, we have in house design unit that is facilitated with CAD and CAM facilitiy that assist us in designing gear boxes at our own manufacturing premises.

• Gear Testing - Dimensional test of gears, profile test, geometrical tolerances of gears
• Hardness Testing - Shaft & Gears hardness testing is done by hardness testing machine including core hardness, surface hardness and case depth

Finally, we also test all gearboxes at our factory before dispatch some of which is given below:

Further, they also take special care in post manufacture handling & packaging of our products to enhance their shelf life.

We have warehousing facility at our unit where all the raw materials as well as the manufactured gear boxes are stored in the safest manner. The large storage area has got various temperature controllers, which further ensure that the products remain in their original form.

Apart from this, our packaging team keeps a check on the status and quality of the packed products to further offer flawless range of gear boxes to our clients. We make use of superior quality packaging materials such as wooden case for big gearboxes & corrugated box for small gearboxes and bubble paper we are using for packing as per the requirements of our clients.
