Aluminium Bottles (SO Series)

We manufacture a wide range of aluminium bottles in SO series conforming to Indian standards IS:9503–1988 which is widely used type of closure system in India & abroad. These superior quality aluminium bottles have internal thread with a small mouth bore of 23.50 mm, equipped with a plastic HDPE screw cap with a PVC / LDPE washer, as the closure. These aluminium bottles have an aluminium tear-off seal which is crimped at the user end over the plastic screw cap to prevent pilferage. Our range of aluminium bottles is stringently tested on various parameters. Our standard capacities are 50 ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml & 1000 ml. These bottles can be offered in other capacities as per the customers requirements.

Aluminium Bottles (EBO Series)

Our wide range of aluminium bottles in EBO series is ideal for packing of agro chemical powders, granules, tablets and pellets. These superior quality bottles have an extra broad mouth with bore diameter of about 46 mm and has a plastic polypropylene winged cap with a aluminium insert which acts as a barrier for certain products filled with gas which are permeable through plastic. This cap has also a taper gasket which can be made out of natural / nitrile rubber or pvc as per the clients requirements. The winged cap helps in tightening the cap to a very high torque for packing dangerous goods and hazardous chemicals. The containers can be sealed outwardly by shrink film or wire to make it pilfer proof. Our containers are extensively used in agro-chemical industries. Furthermore, they are manufactured in accordance with international standards and are delivered within specified time frame.

Aluminium Bottles (PIC Series)

These aluminium bottles in PIC series use high grade raw material and are stringently checked for quality & leakage. The PIC series aluminium bottles incorporates a plastic threaded collar fitted on to the bottle neck with different mouth bore sizes. The thread collar has a ratchet mechanism, which locks the top plastic cap as it is tightened over the collar. Leakage in aluminium is prevented by a plastic inner-plug in LDPE/HDPE/silicon/nitrile rubber or by a expanded polyethylene wad in the cap as per the clients requirements. Further, the extensive experience of our technical personnel assist us in manufacturing these aluminium bottles in other customized varieties as per the requirements and specific needs of our clients.

Aluminium Containers (OTL Series)

We specialize in offering aluminium containers in OTL series having wide mouth with or without flange at the mouth to accommodate an aluminium threaded lid. These aluminium containers are equipped with lid in standard diameters of about 50 mm, 54 mm, 63.5mm, 74mm & 105 mm. These aluminium containers high quality cans are ideal to be used in capacitor and are also suited for use in capacitor shells with slight modification in flange dimensions. These can be attained in varied specifications and can be easily modified in compliance with the clients requirements.
