Kirloskar Sluice Valves

We deal in a wide range of Kirloskar sluice valves that is widely used in application for municipal corporations, irrigation authorities, water supply authorities, National Thermal Power Corporation, Nuclear Power Corporation and other government and industrial establishments. Our valves in this range are designed as per latest editions of IS specifications and our non rising spindle sluice valves bear ISI mark.

Applications:

Clear water having turbidity upto 5000 PPM and temperature upto 45 degree C
Other fluids with maximum pressure or temperature conditions within the scope of IS:14846
Valves can also be supplied upto 180 degree C working temperatures with special design, as per working pressure limitations

Kirloskar Butterfly Valves

We offer our clients a wide range of cast iron butterfly valves manufactured by Kirloskar as per BS EN 593 (BS 5155) / IS: 13095 / AWWA C 504. These valves are widely accepted by municipal corporations, water supply authorities, thermal power corporation, Nuclear Power Corporation and other government and industrial clients.

Constructional Features:

Body: Wafer/ Double flanged short/ long valve body designed to withstand specified pressures. Integral cast feet as standard scope of supply for above 1200 mm NB Sizes
Disc: Streamlined Single/ Double eccentrically mounted disc to ensure complete shut-off
Body Seat Ring: Accurately machined to close tolerances to match with body
Shaft: Stub type design, sealing with unique combination of O Ring and U Cup Seal to prevent leakage from drive end side
Clamping Ring: Unique clamping ring design ensures controlled and uniform seat compression and facilitates easy replacement of seal
Journal Bearing: Low friction self lubricated journal bearings for supporting shaft outside fluid flow
