Introduction

Incorporated in the year 1983, Vijay Industries is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of an all-inclusive range of non-pressure parts and allied component. Our range of corrosion resistant and hard-wearing components is used for boilers and other equipment. Founded as a proprietorship firm by an ex-serviceman, owing to our commendable progress and accelerating export figure we have attained the status of a premier export house. Started with the manufacturing of pressed components, later in the year 1990 we also commenced light, medium and heavy fabrications.

All our endeavors are completed with competence due to the prudent and judicious leadership of our chairman Mr. Nayagam and conscientious hard work of our workforce. Our undertakings are proficiently executed with the assistance of our sister concern “Noble Industries” that is a fully functional unit furnished with latest fabrication facilities. Till date, we have accomplished various fabrication projects through L&T and independently as well and have successfully catered to the varied requirements of our globally based clients. Based on our superb quality and latest technology, we have also acquired the prestigious ISO certification.


			Products We have requisite fabrication facilities to offer a wide range of non-pressure parts for boilers and allied components. Our products are fabricated from premium quality stainless steel, mild steel, carbon steel and other metal alloys that are procured from reliable vendors. We offer a wide range of Air Preheater Section, Steam Drum Assembly, Air Preheater Centre Section, Air PreHeater Corner Duct, Carbon Steel Ligament Beam, Conveyor Structure, Over Fired Air Injector, Stainless Steel Ligament Beam, Steam Drum Internal Assembly, Steam Drum Internal Component and other engineering products. Infrastructure

Our manufacturing plant is spread across an area of 18000sq.feet, which consist of a covered shed of 5000 Sq Ft. and an open area of 15,000 Sq Ft. Operational with two manufacturing units, we have an installed capacity of 35000 units. Our sister concern “Noble Industries” is extended up to an area of 3.5 acres that includes 6000 Sq Ft covered shed. It has requisite facilities for fabrication of precision engineering components.

Through optimum utilization of our resources, coupled with a competent team and ultra-modern techniques we ensure consistency in the quality of our components and are also capable of meeting the bulk demands of or customers throughout the year.

			Our Endeavors We hold commendable expertise in carrying out all types of light, medium and heavy fabrication jobs and also provide a wide range of pressed components and non-pressure parts for diverse industrial purposes. Till date, we have accomplished various projects through L & T that includes: Complete Roof casing works for M/S Saint Gobain Glass India Ltd, which needs high accuracy for Thermal Expansion. Paint shop equipments and Conveyor work (DURR) for Mahindra & Mahindra at Nasik and Hyundai Motor India Ltd., Chennai. Wind mill tower internal platform works for Enercon India Ltd. Complete package of shut down work for paint shop at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. Sheet metals works for Inkor Autotech India (P) ltd, especially conveyor replacement works. Currently we are conducting work for M/S Ansaldo Caldaie Boilers India (P) Ltd. Fabricated and exported 110 tonnes to Spain, out of which 30% is SS and balance MS Exported 65 tonnes of fabricated items to Turkey, where 25% is SS
