Air Preheater Centre Section We provide air preheater center sections for different types of boilers. The heating combustion air helps in increasing the efficiency of the boiler by 1 % for every 40°F of increment in the temperature. For preheating the air, heat exchanger on the flue exhaust is used usually that can be air-to-air or air-to-liquid-to-air. The technology of combustion air preheater that is based on large coal-fired boilers was used in early 1900's, and still continues to exist in present day large boilers.
