We have come up with a premium range of Dryer Systems that are based on Thermic fluid heating system. In these dryer systems, furnace oil is used as fuel. Known for low production cost, better quality of end product and application specific designs, these are widely used by mosquito repellent coils manufacturer. We also offer turnkey installation and commissioning of these dryer systems. 

We offer Solid Fuel Fired Units in the brand name 'Wood Pellet Fuel'. These units use ground wood, waste wood, bark and other combustibles as fuel by pressing these through dies at very high pressure. Known for high efficiency and low maintenance, these are widely used in various industries.

Some other facts about solid fuels are mentioned below:

• Wood pellets are available in bulk and contain high energy content due to less moisture content
• 17.5lbs of wood pellets provide the same amount of heat as a gallon of heating oil
• These are also easy safe to transport and store
• Wood pellets have an average net Btu rating of 8,200 Btu/lb
• Corns are also another solid fuel and 20 lbs of corn is equal to a gallon of fuel oil
• The energy content of corn is between 8,000 to 8,500 Btu/lb of dry matter (One BTU (British Thermal Unit) is the amount of energy needed to heat one pound of water one degree Fahrenheit)
