Quality

We have a team of professional and experienced people who are responsible for maintaining the superior quality of product. To ensure proper compliance with quality control we have written quality policy for each and every process. Everyone in the organization has to abide by the rules and procedure set out in the quality policy. Our goal of customer satisfaction is possible through our stringent quality checks at various stages from procurement of raw material till dispatch of finished goods. We hand pick the lime stone from our associate mines under the inspection of our quality inspector and further test the material before unloading at our premises. Finished product is also checked at various stages of production line. The quality check is conducted at following stages by our quality inspector: Hand picking of raw material from associate mines Testing of raw material at our premises Post slaking Every batch of finished goods Before dispatch to customer Further to certify the quality standards we perform dual layer quality check. Firstly the quality is tested at our own state of art laboratory and the product is also tested at various government laboratories from time to time. We are also an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.

Infrastructure

We have four manufacturing plants with combined capacity of 1,00,000 metric tons per annum. Our Greenfield plants are located in an area of 200,000+ sq. ft. We use state of art manufacturing plant with three tier hydration system. We have in house laboratory and qualified professionals to test the finished goods as well as raw material. We have a team of experienced & well qualified people, taking care of complete process comprising of procurement of raw material to satisfactory delivery of final product. Our promoter & CEO Mr. Manchand Choudhary have rich experience of more than 25 years in lime industry.
