This is the most conventional type of industrial size reduction machine available and used in the industry . The size reduction is due to the impact of swing hammer on the particle . These machines are robust and maintenance friendly . The grinder has a resistance / perforated sheet at the outer to control the output quality . The swing hammer absorbs the sudden increase in load . generally used for coarse to medium fine application .

vijimech impax Pulverisers is a high swing type grinding mill pulverisation is achieved by the impact of the grinding chamber. The fine Powder is swept by the blower suction from the grinding chamber via whizzer cone. The function of whizzer cone is to check the oversize particles and thus to regulate fineness SAND IS SEPARATED OUT from material from the grinding chamber by a special arrangement at an extra cost.
 The blower delivers the pulverised powder in the cyclone air separator. The powder is discharged from the cyclone spout. The separated air return to the grinding chamber to complete the air circle.
The excess air is bled off through dust collector filter bags. The extra fines are collected there.

The main body of the grinding chamber whizzer chamber and the blower are made of heavy duty cast iron every portion which comes in contact with the materials is lined with heavy duty steel plates. The striking face of the grinding chamber is lined with hard iron replaceable plates. Thus protecting the machine from wear and ensuring it for long life. The grinding chamber is provided with a pocket in which small pieces of iron nuts and bolts are trapped.

Pin mill is a pulveriser where the size reduction of particle takes place more due to the predominant shearing action on the product surface along with hammering action . Compared to conventional pulverizers the fines generated in this machine are much lower . A fine mesh output can be obtained when the product is agglomerate . Generally this machine also finds application where natural granular crystal structure is required while pulverising . Ideal application is Salt . The particle size control is due to the perforated sieve attached at the periphery of the machine. Heat generated in this machine is low . This machine is generally not suited for fibrous application .

vijimech Disc Mills are rugged Construction. The main body is made of C.I / Welded Steel. The FRONT DOOR, which is having SERRETED GRINDING DISC, can be easily opened and hence making conveniently for Cleaning. The door is hinged for ease of operation. The material is fed with either vibratory Feeder / Screen feeder through Feeding hopper. The material is pulverised between TWO SERRETED hardened Discs. The gape between TWO plates can be adjusted by outside from outside. The ground material can be conveyed by blower through cyclone collector, which is installed with Rotary Air Lock Valve on Gyro Screen, which Screens the material and coarse material in REFED into DISCMILL for further grinding. The FINE and acceptable material is collected in DRUMS/Bags. Complete System is installed on Steel Frame.
