Manufacturing Process
The totality of the design & manufacturing process is defined by implementation, and differs in detail within every manufacturing company. At present, modern CAD/CAM systems provide more and more powerful tools which free us from the necessity to create physical models. We use following machines and process for manufacturing our range of Office Partition Panels, and Office and Commercial Furniture. Through Feed Edge-Banding: It lets the application of edge-banding material in rolls and strips from 0.4 mm to 12mm thickness. It can also be customized to any edge-banding as per the requirement. Dust Collectors: It is used to collect dirt that accumulates during cutting of panels and drilling of panels. Cutting of large quantity of panels is done on this fine piece of machine which helps in maintaining finishing of material.
Sliding Table Panel Saw: It is used to cut the wooden panels in exact dimensions swiftly as provided by our clients.
Spindle Molder: This machine is used for giving different profiles on the top for post forming purposes. Manual Edge Banding Machine: It is used for edge banding of material on curved shapes.
Post-forming: Our PLC controlled machine, due to its better work piece holding and uniform pressure helps in generating perfectly finished pieces of post formed panels. Multiple Boring Machines: This machine is used for making holes on furniture panels at a distance of 32 mm.
