SPONGE IRON : Production Capacity 1,30,000 MT per annum.

TMT BARS & HR STRIPS : Production Capacity 1,50,000 MT per annum.

MS BILLETS: Production capacity 85,500 MT per annum.

R & D:

R&D has a special economic significance apart from its conventional association with scientific and technological development. Sufficient investments are made in R&D for future performance and its abilities to conduct research and development. We have sufficient R&D facilities built in at our factory making our products to the customer's needs and we have excellent team of R&D for creative work undertaken on a systematic basis in order to increase the stock of knowledge, and for proper use of this stock of knowledge to develop applications thus focusing on new products as per market developments.

MOTO:

Expansion being the motto, the company is all set to touch new heights with the production of MS Billets touching 1,15,000 MTPA in its expansion program. Implementing new thoughts clubbed with expansions, the group plans to set up Palletisation plant of 4,87,500 MTPA; and Briquetting Plant of 60,000 MTPA. As said in the foregoing, a 9 MVA Electric arc furnace is being commissioned to manufacture Ferro Alloy and it is in its final stage of completion.
