We have installed machines like lathe machine, imported gear hobbing machine, gear milling machine and gear shaper to produce gears in exact shapes and tooth cuts. We are successfully supplying these gears to engineering industry (ISGEC etc…), cement industry, paper mills, sugar mills, plywood machinery, steel rolling mills and thread mills etc. With our expertise we can manufacture the gears in both hard and ground condition and plain condition. We manufacture gears in D.P. & Module up to 8000mm diameter in helical up to 30 degree and spur gear up to 10000 mm. All kinds of special gears are also manufactured as per drawing/sample. We are fully equipped to manufacture gears from 1 module to 60 module.
