Breakdown and downtime of boiler feed water can be avoided by providing them with accurate boiler feed water treatment to ensure the frictionless operation of steam generators. * Firstly salt and gas are removed from the boiler feed water using a thermal process.
* All the boiler feed water is vaporized causing high concentrations of substances in the boiler water that attacks the steam boiler material and form deposits
* By checking and limiting the build up of salt in the boiler water using chemical dosage into the boiler feed water, these problems can be avoided.
