Breakdown and downtime of boiler
feed water can be avoided by providing them with accurate boiler feed water
treatment to ensure the frictionless operation of steam generators. We provide
different systems for boiler feed water treatment and customized solutions. The
process goes as the following:                           

• Firstly salt and gas are removed from the boiler feed
  water using a thermal process.


• All the boiler feed water is vaporized causing high concentrations
  of substances in the boiler water that attacks the steam boiler material
  and form deposits


• By checking and limiting the build up of salt in the
  boiler water using chemical dosage into the boiler feed water, these
  problems can be avoided

Chemical dosing system is used for
dosing accurate quantity of chemical in the stream. Our various chemical dosing
systems can be ideally used for different chemicals such as chlorine, acids, alkali, anti scalent, alum, SBS, polyelectrolyte and other material. We also
provide our clients with customized solutions for these machines. The features

plants are used for various industrial purposes and comprise of cation unit, degasser, anion unit and mixed bed polisher. Two bed demineralisers comprises
of caution & anion units to provide almost distilled quality water by ion
exchange process without using power. Mixed Bed Deionizer produces multiple
distilled quality water. It is used for polishing the D.M. water produced from
two beds.

Pre-treatment Plants condition the
surface enabling desired adherence of paint on product. Pre-treatment process is formulated and implemented in discussion with chemical supplier and customer.
It helps us to achieve desired cleaning levels comprising various stages of Knock off Degreasing, Degreasing, Rinsing - 1 & 2, Activation, Phosphating,
Rinsing 3 - 4 followed by Passivity / DM water rinse, Dry off oven. Moreover,
chromaticism replacement instead of phosphating for non-ferrous products makes it
suitable for ferrous & non-ferrous components processing. We provide the following
kinds of pre-treatment plants:

Our swimming Pool Filtration
Plants are known for removing suspended matter, turbidity, dirt, dissolved
iron, rust, oil, colour and other organic impurities from water to provide crystal
clear water. Quartz sand effectively produces sparkling clear water for industrial
applications and drinking water requirements. The salient features are as
follow:

• Horizontal filters available for larger flows


• Perm iron or activated Manganese
  dioxide ore is provided in top layer of iron removal filters

Our water softening plants are
ideally used in soft drinks manufacturing unit. These plants soften the water
by removing and reducing calcium and magnesium ions, which are principal cause
of hardness in water These can be applied for various uses such as boiler feed
process, cooling towers, ice making, soft drink manufacturing, laundry uses, and
for softening drinking water when it is very hard. Moreover, the high capacity
resins can be easily regenerated using common salt solution.  The features are as follow:

These water treatment clarifiers are technically designed for optimum and efficient use in concrete clarifier tanks. They are available in the range covering diameters from 3 meters to 30 meters and range from 10 meters to 40 meters. The salient features are as follow:

• These clarifiers are provided with horizontal feed arrangement through central feed well.
• The mechanism support bridge is made up of steel spanning in which the tank supports the drive and scraper mechanis.
• This central drive consists of TEFC motor, primary and has secondary worm reduction gears and chain drive.
• Scraper mechanism is made up of steel which consists of vertical shaft, scraper arms, blades and center scrapers.
