Principle Of Operation Our blowers are based on tried & tested
volumetric principle by which the volume generated proportional to the
speed of rotation, providing a guaranteed 100 % oil -free air and a
transported gas that is free of any contamination. They consist of two
identical twin or tri lobes which rotate in opposite directions.
Constructions
- Casing : Cast iron in Grade 25 with extra deep rib sections for greater rigidity under vacuum or pressures service.
- Impellers : are accurately machined in Cast iron or Forged steel for
close tolerance & long life operation. Dynamically balanced for
smooth running & lower bearing loads.
- Side Plates : have vents that ensure no risk of oil contamination.
- Bearings : Heavy-duty roller bearings for maximum loading.
Features-
- Well suited for V-belt as well as direct coupled drive.
- Material of construction of the casing and lobes for all blowers is C.I.F.G.-260 conforming to IS: 210.
- Shaft material is alloy steel, EN24 (817M40) conforming to BS: 970 Part-iii
- Close tolerance between the impellers, body & side plates to minimize Back Slippage of air improving efficiency & reliability
- Impellers & pulleys are dynamically; balanced to avoid undue load over the bearings.
- Precision hardened & ground helical gears located for more input torque capability are used to ensure smooth, silent running and accurate timing of the rotating impellers.

Vacuum Booster |
 
| Vacuum Booster are used in applications where fast pump down times are
required. These are used in conjunction with vacuum pumps for enhancing
the performance, ultimate vacuum and pumping speed of oil sealed/water
ring type/dry vacuum type of mechanical pumps

Rubber Expansion Joint Rubber Expansion Joint/compensators have a special advantage in
interrupting or muffling noise transmission in pipe line at pumps or
machine in addition to their function as elastic pipe connections. they
compensate for movements in pipe line, at pumps, Engines, Turbines,
Machines, Equipment and Tanks and can be used to compensate for
mounting inaccuracy as extension pieces on fittings or as sealing
elements where pipe systems pass through walls. Materials Made of natural / synthetic rubber like EPDM, Chloroprene, NBR, Butyl
and Chlorobutyl on a strong carcass made of synthetic/cotton fabric
with reinforcement of steel wire, steel ring etc. Constructions Construction is of high strength fabric and elastomer reinforced with
metal rings or wire. The flanges are integral with the body of the
joint and drilled to conform to the bolt holes of the companion metal
flanges of the pipe lines. This type of rubber faced flange is of
sufficient thickness to form a tight seal against the metal flanges.

Fabric Expansion Joints Non - Metallic (Fabric) Expansion joint are flexible connectors designed to provide stress relief in ducting systems by absorbing movement caused thermal change particularly for low pressure applications. They also act as vibration isolators, shock absorbers and in some instances to make up for minor misalignment of adjoining ducting or equipment. Features

Aeration systems in modern activated sludge treatment plants providing
nitrification and de nitrification must comply with high performance
expectations. The air diffuser is the keystone of every aeration
system. Low energy costs, little maintenance, longevity and operation
flexibility are the most important requirements. Membrane diffusers are installed in a grid layout mode covering the
entire tank floor or as in-line configuration for cross or spiral
rotation of the tank contents. Installations is either fixed or
lift-out. Membrane material is EPDM (Ethylene / Propylene – rubber
compound). Appropriate additions make the membranes highly resistant
against wastewater, dissolvent, ozone, heat, weathering, aging and most

Bio Media |
 
| Bio-media, a large number of small elements are placed in the
suspension of the bio-reactor. To circulate the media in the bio
reactor, the air is blown under pressure. This process moves the
bio-media in the circular motion additionally the air current provides
the necessary oxygen to the bio mass. Gradually a bio films gets formed on the bio media. In conventional
static media bio-reactors, the media, which does not get adequate air
supply, turns into Black patches. This happens, when the air is blown,
it finds the easiest path, thereby bypassing certain bio-media. Under
swift systems, since the media in continuously moving, the black
patches are avoided. Further, the biological treatment is followed by
speeding up the settling system, thereby making the sediments settle
down and discharging a clear effluent. |
