Piercing Punches & Ejector Pins

We manufacture and export all types of precision piercing punches and ejector pins that conform to as per IS 4296/DIN 9861 and DIN 1530 standards respectively. The punches are made of High Speed Steel (HSS) and ejector pins are made of Hot Die Steel (HDS) and Silver Steel. 	The type A includes a comprehensive collection of HSS piercing punches. The Specification are as follows: Length: Standard lengths are 50, 70, 80 & 100 mm Diameter (d1): the Values of diameter d1 are recommended in steps of 0.05 mm upto 0.95 dia and in steps of 0.1 mm from 1.0 to 6.4 mm dia and in steps of 0.5 mm from 6.5 to 16 mm diameter. Material: HSS = HIGH SPEED STEEL ( M2 Grade ) Hardness: SHANK = 642 HRC and HEAD = 455 HRC
