As a wide producer and supplier of HDPE and PP woven sacks, fabrics and tarpaulins, we have captured a wide scenario. Our product range includes: hdpe woven sacks, pp woven sacks, bopp woven sacks, hdpe woven fabrics, pp woven fabrics, hdpe tarpaulins, fibc jumbo bags, laminated box bags, woven laminated bags, paper laminated fabrics, storage drawer liner. Under the able guidance, motivation and enormous toil by our director Mr. Rungta who is an MBA and have wide knowledge and experience related to this industry as well as know the expert management techniques for creating a wide market base. We have received membership from GSPMA & AIFMA. Quality
Whatever might be our functional area, we have always concentrated on quality. In order to produce completely defect free products, we focus on the quality of raw materials being procured and their source. We use Polypropylene, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE (Linear Low- density polyethylene), tarpaulin, HM and BOPP(Biaxially oriented polypropylene) as raw materials which are procured from highly reliable sources like: Reliance Industries and GAL.
Our team of quality analysts conduct in house quality tests to ensure premium quality. We test our products on parameters of tenier of yarn, size/mesh of yarn during manufacturing process, winding of fabric, strength, elongation, bottom stam, strength, thickness of the fabric, putrefaction and stitching so that the end product is completely flawless. |

Packaging
We offer unique & customized packaging solutions in terms of weight, dimensions and methods including shrink wrapping. Our fabrics are packed in the form of bales/rolls in special plastic bags and then put into boxes/cartons. We pack them in a completely safe manner so that they do not get damaged during transit. |
Team
Our team consists of professionals who are highly competent and supervise the production processes. Our team consists of 8-10 chemical engineers, plastic engineers, technicians, managers, supervisors, QC experts and 40-50 contract workers. Our team conducts regular training sessions for the new employees to keep them aware of latest developments in the industry. We also have an R & D team which constantly carries out research work to enhance the features and improvise the quality of our products. |

Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing unit is spread in an area of 10000 sq. yard and is well equipped with all the latest and sophisticated machines and equipment. We have installed machines like: 8 line extruder (making yarn), percular loom, cutting m/c, stitching m/c, prinitng m/c, bale press, universal testing m/c and semi-automatic processor. These machines are high in technology and are upgraded at regular intervals so that the new techniques can be adopted and production capacity can be increased.
Our products are prepared only after they pass through several process like: procurement, making yarn, weaving process on percular loom, lamination process (optional), cutting of fabric, reversing process (optional), bottom stitching, insertion of liner (optional) and printing. It is only with the assistance of these processes and machines that we have earned a turnover of Rs. 25 crores. |
