| Water Ring Vacuum Pump Item Code: RT-Series We specialized in manufacturing precision engineered water ring vacuum pump with latest technology and qualitative materials. Our range is attributed with low power consumption, durability, long service life, low noise and high performance. We manufacture 12 different models of Waterring Vacuum Pump ranging from RT-1 to RT- 12. The smallest Vacuum Pump is having full open suction capacity of 50 M3/hr and is being driven with 3 HP Electric Motor, while the biggest model of Vacuum pump is having full open suction capacity of 2025 m3/hr and is being driven with 90 HP Electric Motor. | Roots Blower (Water Cooled) Item Code: VWR-VAR “VINDI” make Water Cooled blowers are similar to air cooled type in construction and performance except in the change of cooling arrangement. In water cooled blowers the main casing & side plates have water jackets around them, where water is circulated, which dissipates the heat generated and keeps the internals cool. Water cooled blowers are recommended for applications where discharge pressures exceed 7000 mm WG, since it is essential to dissipate heat for efficient working and long life of the bearings and seals. Our blowers have a unique design of single inlet & single outlet for cooling water and no cumbersome water pipe connections externally. Internal circulation of water to various areas is through inbuilt channels. This unique design makes the operations very simple, yet very effective. The cooling water inlet is at the bottom so that the water rises up against gravity, reaching all the corners before it comes out from the outlet. The flow rates of cooling water are low. | Twin Lobe Compressors (Air Cooled) Item Code: VR-VRK Over a period of time we have developed a series twin lobe: positive displacement Roots blowers having unmatched quality & performance. They have been specially designed for continuous applications, demanding constant flow at varying discharge pressures, such as in E.T.P., Pneumatic Conveying etc. A rotary lobe blower, Roots Blower refers to a specific design of positive displacement compressor with two lobed impellers with a roughly figure "8" shape which are mechanically linked via gears such that they rotate in opposite directions. The figure "8" shape allows the impellers to be close to but never in contact with both each other and the pump walls at every position of their rotation. The close tolerances of the blower allow the impellers to move without a lubricant producing an oil free process flow. These twin Lobe Pressure Compressors are Air Cooled Machines and are capable to develop pressure upto 1 kg./Cm2 & for vacuum duty up to 0.6 kg/cm2. The Compressors are being manufactured in 10 different models to cover the suction capacity ranging from 50 M3/hr to 10,000 M3/hr. As per required suction capacity and pressure requirement, suitable model of the Compressors can be offer. These Compressors are designed in such a way that the same can have vertical or horizontal air flow. Further, the Compressor with its standard accessories is being supplied as one compact unit which makes it very easy to install. It is also available as bare machine for replacement. | Two Stage Vacuum Pump Item Code: RTS-Series We offer highly efficient Two Stage water ring vacuum pumps. These pumps are better design than single stage vacuum pumps, having advantages of higher capacity at high vacuum and also require low quantity of water at low saves energy. Two-stage vacuum pumps develop maximum vacuum of 720 mm of Hg, when sealing water temperature is 30ºC (755 mm of hg baro-metric pressure and suction temperature of 30ºC)and achieves vacuum up to 735 mm of Hg, when sealing water temperature is 15ºC to 18ºC. Due to the latest technology and design, it so happens that a smaller model may require as compared to a single-stage vacuum pump. In the conventional Single stage vacuum pump the performance after 70% vacuum falls down drastically, whereas the Two stage vacuum pump gives better performance after 70% vacuum. Normally the vacuum pump requires to run consistently between 70 to 90% vacuum. In first stage, after creating vacuum up to 70% the compressed air / vapour mist with sealing media is led to the Second stage working chamber via crossover manifold. Second stage enhances the vacuum generated by the First stage. This way, Two stage water ring vacuum pump gives nearly 50% more volumetric efficiency after 70% vacuum with the same electric motor rating. This results saving of nearly 50% power. | Air Ejector The maximum vacuum which can be created by Watering Vacuum Pump is limited to 93.3% i.e waterring vacuum pump create ultimate pressure of 50 mm Hg. This vacuum will be created with full closed suction. In other words, the capacity of the pump will be zero when it is operates at vacuum of 93.3%. In process, due to gas generation, the Vacuum Pump will never create 93.3% vacuum. To achieve more vacuum, and to have suction capacity even at high vacuum, we recommend the installation of Air Ejector. Air Ejector when used in conjunction with Watering Vacuum Pump, creates maximum vacuum in the range of 97-98%. However, the affect of air ejector to increase the vacuum, can be ssen in the process where vacuum pump alone creates 92.5% vacuum. In such process, ejector should be used in conjuction with vacuum pump so as to achieve high vacuum in process Installation of the Air Ejector does not call for any additional power connection. These are no parts subject to where and tear and hence, there is no mechanical maintenance for the Air Ejector. The installation of the Air Ejector is as per the photograph. Initially, medium will be sucked from the system directly and, subsequently, i.e. after achieving 92.5% vacuum, medium will be sucked through the Air Ejector. | |||||||||||||||||||
