Specifications:

Main Shell:

The main fabrication of the structural frame work shall be integral & all welded type to comprise of the bottom frame, overall frame work, internal, external cladding with insulation and other peripherals. Sloping self-draining roof and desired door-window, A/C openings etc.

 

Base Frame:

The main bottom (Base) frame is fabricated and welded M S pressed steel channel sections/rolled steel channel sections, and all the inter connecting cross members shall also be of steel channels duly welded lengthwise & breadth wise and conveniently equispaced.

 

Flooring:

16 MM Thick Cement bonded Particle Board, shall be fixed with suitable fasteners to the bottom frame.

 

Side And End Walls:

The exterior cladding of the shell shall be of M S Pressed steel vertical corrugated sheets of 1.2mm & shall be welded to the bottom M S Channel frame, corner posts, top frame & roof frame. The corrugated version acts as stiffeners and increase strength to weight ratio & eliminates the use of any other vertical supports. All the gaps are sealed at the edges.

 

Roof:

The roof shall be of sloping type from the center towards the walls for efficient drain of rainwater and to avoid collection of dust leaves etc. The roof shall be made of 1.2mm thick plain MS. Steel sheets and is provided with adequately reinforced sections from inside for additional strength and this shall be able to comfortably resist loads.

 

Weather Shed:

All door and windows & Air-conditioner openings shall be provided with weather shed of suitable size.

 

Insulation:

50 MM Thick mineral glass wool/ Fiberglass resin bonded wool shall be provided on all sidewalls, end walls, roof with special adhesives.

 

Doors:

Doors shall be of 6’6” x 3’. The shutter shall be opened from out side. The main door shall be made from G I Sheet sections fully insulated of 30mm thickness for eliminating heat transmission and shock. These doors shall be fixed with heavy gauge M. S hinges & Hydraulic doors closer.

 

Windows:

Windows of approx. 900(W) x 900(H) wherever required shall be made from quality Aluminum anodized extruded section of suitable size and shall be of sliding type fitted with clear glasses. Mosquito nets shall be provided on suitable framework & anti pilferage MS grills shall also be provided.

Pretreatment And Painting:

The surface preparation for all steel surfaces shall be pre treated with anticorrosive chemicals including degreasing and derusting and phosphating and these shall be additionally coated with red-oxide. The external surface of the Bunk Houses shall be finally painted with two coats of epoxy paint.

The Toilet Cabins are manufactured by us using various materials like SMC, plastocrete and cement sheet. These structures are ideal for government sanitation program like TSC (Total Sanitation Campaign) and are provided with series toilets & back to back options. Our prefabricated structures are provided with proper ventilation to remove bad odor and also other essential accessories required inside the toilet.
