We have set up a branch office at Chennai, an upcoming industrial hub. The industries located there need an efficient waste treatment plants. We undertake the designing and installation of the plant at the sites. To offer tailor made solutions and provide utmost satisfaction to clients, we visit the site and plan out the fabrication and installation of the plant as per the requirement of the industry. * We Design and Manufacture

Electrically heated furnaces such as, muffle, chamber, tubular, crucible type for temperatures upto 1100 deg.C, with Kanthal AI heating element, upto 1400 deg.C with Silicon Carbide heating elements and upto 1800 deg.C with Molybdenum Di Silicide HEATING ELEMENTS and Special furnaces such as Differential Thermal Analysis furnaces, Crystal Growing furnaces, Zone refining furnaces, INCINERATORS for Educational Institutions & research Laboratories & Industries.

 

Heat treatment furnaces, both batch and continuous type for Normalising Annealing, Stress relieving, hardening and other heat treatment applications, with electrical, oil fired and L P G Heating systems for the iron and steel Industries.

 

Gas Carburising furnaces with sealed quench and drop quench, Pit type Liquid hardening and tempering furnaces, sintering furnaces with controlled atmosphere, Vacuum Bright Annealing furnaces. Vacuum brazing and Carburising furnaces for steel component manufacturing industries.

 

Solution treatment and Precipitation Hardening and Ageing furnaces, Crucible melting and tilting furnaces for Non ferrous Industries.

 

* We also revamp and refurbish any of the existing furnaces and heating system to improve the fuel efficiency, whether fuel fired or electrically heated.

* We set up on turnkey basis, heat treatment shop from concept to commissioning.
