We manufacture the complete range from 1.0 module to 8.0 module in all pressure angles upto helix angle of 45 deg. (left /right). Profiles with tip & root relief (K-Profiles) can also be ground. Class 'A' accuracies are guaranteed. Material used is M-2 hardened & tempered upto HRC 62.

 Types include Underpass, Plunge, ( with staggered serrations) & Conventional.

All shaper cutters are profile ground by generation method to class’A’ accuracy. Material used is imported (6/5/2 with 5% cobalt) or ASP2030 hardened & tempered upto 63/64 HRC.

Features such as protuberance and semi topping can be provided. We manufacture gear shaper cutter of all types in all sizes.

We manufactures shank type shaper cutters from 32 DP or 0.75 module upwards and 10.0mm PCD upwards. There is no restriction on the number of teeth, even 5 numbers of teeth can be successfully made.

Helical gear shaper cutters & spur shaper Cutter design is computer aided. For helical cutters uphill side relief & downhill side relief is designed as required & profile checked accordingly on Maag Involute Tester.

Special features such as semi topping & protuberance can be provided. Our range includes 0.75 module upwards cutters of all helix & pressure angles, hub type or disc type.

We offer both ground profile (Class A) and M/c relieved (Class C) hobs. Hobs from 0.5 module upwards can be made. We specialize in straight spline hobs(unground profile). The profile of the hob tooth is designed on a computer so that it generates the straight spline correctly during hobbing. Semi-topping and protuberance features can be provided.

All types of profile milling cutters for use on milling machines can be made. These are manufactured on relieving lathes and are mostly unground.

Our profile milling cutters are available in different shapes and sizes as per customers requirements. These cutters are completely rust resistant.

These chamfering cutters are used for chamfering the edges of gear teeth.This method of chamfering is by far the quickest, cheapest and most effective.

These cutters are available in both standard as well as customized form.

These are used in conjunction with chamfering cutters to remove the burrs formed during teeth cutting. Material used in their manufacture is HSS M-2.

These tools are forming tools used to taper clutch teeth of synchromesh gearboxes. We manufactures these tools according to customers needs and requirement.

They can be made in both integral(see picture) and split-type design.

We can manufacture master gears up to class of accuracy DIN 5. This is sufficient for roll testing of most automotive gears. We also undertake re-grinding of worn out master gears to restore their accuracies. Worn-out bores are reclaimed by hard-chrome plating.

In our endeavour to further serve the gear industry we have ventured into making gear roll testing machines. We have developed a computerised and mechanized roll tester also which can give a graphical output of TTE and TCE errors.(see picture with PC). Roll testers with or without center to center holding arrangement are available ex-stock.
