|  Water Tube Boiler We are engaged in offering a quality range of Water Tube Boiler that is used for high-pressure boilers. Water tube boiler is a type of boiler in which water circulates in tubes that is heated externally by the fire. The fuel is burned inside the furnace, creating hot gas which heats water in the steam-generating tubes. Our range of water boilers are easy to install and dismantle and are highly efficient. |  Fire Tube Boiler Our organization is involved in offering a wide range of Fire Tube Boiler that is manufactured in accordance with the industry standards. In the fire tube boilers, the combustion gases pass inside boiler tubes, where the heat is transferred to water on the shell side. The Scotch marine boilers are common type of industrial fire tube boiler and an industry workhorse owing to low initial cost, efficiency and durability. These boilers are typically cylindrical shells with horizontal tubes configured that helps in the exhaust gases to pass through these tubes, transferring energy to boiler water on the shell side.
Our Scotch marine boilers contain large amounts of water, which enables them to respond to load changes with little change in the pressure. As the boiler holds a large water mass, it requires more time to initiate steaming and accommodate changes in steam pressure. Further, the Scotch marine boilers generate steam on the shell side, having large surface area, limiting the amount of pressure it can generate. These are not used where pressures above 300 psig are required. The biggest fire tube boilers are over 1,500 boiler horsepower (about 50,000 lbs/hr).
Our exclusive range of Fire tube boilers are characterized by their number of passes, referring to the number of times the combustion (or flue) gases flow the length of the pressure vessel and transfer heat to the water. Each of the pass sends the flue gases through the tubes in the opposite direction. Further, to make another pass, the gases turn 180 degrees and pass back through the shell. Turnaround zones are either dry back or water-back. In the dry back designs, the turnaround area is refractory lined and in water-back designs, this turnaround zone is water-cooled, that eliminates the need for the refractory lining.

|  Air/Water Pre Heater We offer a wide range of Air and Water Pre Heater that are designed to preheat the combustion air. The combustion air is used in a fuel-burning furnace for that helps to increase the thermal efficiency of the furnace. The combustion air pre heaters for the large fuel-burning furnaces are used to generate steam in various thermal power plants. These increase the steam generator's thermal efficiency by preheating the combustion air where the heat is recovered from the hot combustion fuel gases.
