Electroplated Diamond saws are advised for brake linings, asbestos, fiber and reinforced plastic, hard plastics, carbon etc. Metal bond saws are suitable for sawing and slitting tungsten carbide, ceramics, quartz, glass etc.

Diamond slitting saws from 30mm to 400mm dia can be supplied with different locking arrangement, with or without segment. Thin slitting saws are normally recommended for reducing wastage of costly material.

Burr relieving  strips ensures smooth surface finish of the cutting surface. Grit size will be chosen depending on the nature and thickness of the cutting  material.

Diamond needle files are offered in the form of:

And in the normal sizes. Machine files also can be supplied against customer’s specifications. Thin flats files of 1mm and 1.5m thickness can also supplied as per customer’s  requirement.

Internal grinding wheels can be had in electroplated, resin, metal bonds as per customer’s specifications. Electroplated diamond/CBN mounted points are used in bore polishing of collect holding systems.

CBN mounted points are recommended for grinding materials of more than 45 HRC. Different coating lengths will be provided as per customer’s requirements.

Diamond dressers are made of diamonds that have supreme hardness and high wear resistance, available types are single point, multi point, impregnated, blade type chisel point, cone point and indexable crown, cluster diamond dressers with shanks /holders as per customer’s  specifications.

PCD cutting tools are used to machine non-ferrous and non-metallic components. These Tools are most frequently applied in the automobile Industry for heavy and light motor vehicles and are capable of machining various materials such as hypo and hypereutectic aluminum alloys, copper, bronze, babbit and abrasive plastic composites.

PCD cutting tools can machine dissimilar materials such as aluminum engines with grey cast iron cylinder liners, either cast or pressed, along with the aluminum blocks.

Ferrous material is not recommended for PCD tools as diamond being a carbon compound has an affinity for iron. But for certain cast applications where high speed is not attainable and where cubic boron nitride (CBN) cannot be used, PCD tools perform very well.

At low speeds, PCD Tools achieve much better results than conventional tools as they are able to maintain high consistency and accuracy for a very long time.

We manufacture brake lining internal grinding drums and rollers of various size ranging from 150 mm to 600 dia and length from 50 mm to 30 mm. with parallelogram segments on surface, electro plated with 30/40 grit natural diamond powder is used approximately at 3000 RPM for internal grinding of brake pads can be supplied.

406 mm and 410 mm dia drums with segment are normally used by customers. Smaller dia drums with 300 mm dia are also used depending upon the curvature of the brake linings.

Brake lining OD grinding segmented type wheels can be supplied as per customer’s drawings. Re coating of used tools also done by chemically stripping used diamond powder.

New OD grinding wheels with different type coating/segments of 609 mm OD and 450mm ID were already supplied to brake lining industries.

We supply high quality knotch cutters / wear indication cutters in different sizes and shapes. These can also be supplied as per customer’s requirement.

The various sizes of 20 mm, 30 mm and 38 mm diameter knotch cutters/ wear indication cutters are manufactured by us and are the commonly used types of cutters.

Deburring tools  are used for removing burrs on the pad edges after cutting to required sizes.

Cone laps of "1/2 " dia are commonly used by customers.

We manufacture grooving wheels / skimming grooving wheels of 150 mm diameter and 200 mm diameter.

We also supply grooving wheels as per customer’s specifications.
