Viraj Engineers was founded by Mr. B.L Shirole, who has 40 years of experience behind him. Presently the company is managed by Mr. Ravindra Shirole, who is the Managing Director and has been taking care of the company for the past 15 years. His progressive outlook and dynamism has taken the company forward by leaps and bounds. Mr. Ravindra Shirole has leading the team of professionals, instilling in them a zeal to to take the company forward. Steel Fabricated Components and Assemblies: This section has a capacity of 1200 MT/ P.A. And is equipped with machines like:

Fin Tubes: These are available in Copper, Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Copper Nickel 90:10 /70:30, Admiral Brass and aluminum Brass. These have both Internal and External fining. This section has a capacity of 550000 Meters / P.A. And is equipped with the following machines:

• Tube Hydro testing Equipment
• Stress relieving furnace continuous type.
• Profile Projector.10X &25X
• Tube Fining machine(20 mm & 22 mm capacity)
• Raw Ferrous castings are manufactured at the facility equipped with following machines
• Abrasive Cut Off machine.

Raw Ferrous castings: These are manufactured at our unit with the capacity of 3000 MT / P.A. And equipped with the following machines:

• Shot blasting machine. 1 Unit.
