We also manufactures bare copper wires drawn out of LME certified 99.99 % electrolytic grade C.C. copper rods . We can supply annealed bare copper wires from diameter 8.00 MM to 0.15 MM. The packing is done in coils & reels as per customer's requirement.

Dual coated wires are manufactured as specified in IS 13730 part 13. This insulation consists of polyester imide enamelled wire with a polyamide-imide topcoat. It has superior burnout, heat shock and cut-thru resistance. It also has excellent windability properties permitting its use in practically all applications subjected to continous high temperatures and sudden overloads.

PVA Class Copper Wire :

Manufactures Enamelled Copper Wire PVA Base as per IS 13730 part 1 identical to IEC 60317 part 1. These wires are of class 105 deg C. Our range of PVA class wires are highly transformer oil resistant with good mechanical & electrical properties and excellent windability. Offered in different diameters, these wires are used in different applications like transformers etc in presence of transformer oil. We pack our enameled copper wires in reels, boxes, pallets and wooden cases.
