Manufactures Enamelled Copper Wire PVA Base as per IS 13730 part 1 identical to IEC 60317 part 1. These wires are of class 105 deg C. Our range of PVA class wires are highly transformer oil resistant with good mechanical & electrical properties and excellent windability. Offered in different diameters, these wires are used in different applications like transformers etc in presence of transformer oil. We pack our enameled copper wires in reels, boxes, pallets and wooden cases.

We also manufactures bare copper wires drawn out of LME certified 99.99 % electrolytic grade C.C. copper rods . We can supply annealed bare copper wires from diameter 8.00 MM to 0.15 MM. The packing is done in coils & reels as per customer's requirement.

Dual coated wires are manufactured as specified in IS 13730 part 13. This insulation consists of polyester imide enamelled wire with a polyamide-imide topcoat. It has superior burnout, heat shock and cut-thru resistance. It also has excellent windability properties permitting its use in practically all applications subjected to continous high temperatures and sudden overloads.

Polyurethane enamel wire or self solderable wires modified with other resins comprise the enamel coating on this type of enemelled copper (IS13730 Part 20). These  wires  are all purpose enamelled wires that can be wound easily and rapidly into many types of coils. The unique property is its ability to be soldered without prior removal of the enamel. These are class 155 wires and its advantages  are ease of soldering, very high moisture resistence and low dielectric losses at high frequencies.

The company manufactures polyester and polypropylene wrapped winding wires  used for winding submersible pumps and motors. The conductor used is electrolytic grade of copper wire drawn from LME certified copper cathodes. Use of good quanlity film and standardized process control results in insulation which is resistant to boiling water, steam, sand particles, etc. and prevents failure when put in practical use.
