Our facility for menthol and allied products is spread over spacious 10,000 meters in the national capital region at Delhi-Haryana border. Our three units have a combined capacity to produce 100/150 MTs in month conforming to the specifications of the customers.

 

The facility is well equipped with essential equipments to handle 60 MT/month each of menthol crystal and melted menthol (menthol powder). It also has a production capacity to produce over 300 MT/month of dementholised/piperita oils while our fractional distillation unit has an installed capacity to produce 200 MT of all grades of peppermint oil/ dementholised oil/piperita oil/ spearmint oil.

 

The fourth manufacturing unit is located in North Central Part of the country. The unit is entirely engaged in the production of spice oils and oleo resins. The unit has sufficient production capacity and warehousing facilities to meet the exact requirements of our valued customers.

 

To ensure the production of best quality essential oils and their isolates, our dedicated team keeps a bird eye on raw materials used in the production. A well-trained, highly qualified team in our state-of-art laboratory keeps a regular check on quality.

 

We have a spacious warehouse unit which enables us to store our range of natural essential oils, spice oils & oleo resins in an effective manner. Our unit is segregated into different sections, where our warehouse experts take appropriate measures for safe and hygienic storage of our products.
