Dye Fixing Agent

We offer pure dye fixing agent which is a light brown solution and is based on amides. Falling at a scale of 4-5 ph range, this compound is known to improve overall fastness without changing tone of the color.These dye fixing agents are widely used in textile industries for achieving excellent dyeing results.

Application:

This is used to improve washing fastness of direct dyes through exhaustion and padding techniques.
Exhaustion procedure in Jigger.
This chemical is used in 2-5gpl at room temperature for half an hour with material ratio of 1:3 or 1:5 in a jigger or open soaper followed with ringing and drying.
The material is padded with 50gpl at 50 degrees with a nip expression of 7%.

Dye Fix (Formaldehyde Free)

ECOFIX:
This is a dye fixing agent for improving the wet fastness of reactive dyes on celluosic fibres.
Proprties
- formaldehyde free
- Cationic
- Readily pourable and soluble in water
- Compatible with non ionic and cationic produts.
- pH of 1% solution 6.5

Suggested Padding Method:
The good are padded through a solution of ECOFIX (formaldehyde free dye fix) at 20-30' C. The solution should be adjusted to pH 5.0 with Acetic Acid.
