General

RPL transmitters are used for continues, non-contact level measurement. The radar pulses emitted by the antenna are reflected by the product surface and received back by the antenna. The time gap between the emission and the return of the pulse is named “ fly time”.

The fly time is proportional to the product surface distance and his processing by the electronical components inside the RPL allows the level measurement. Through the matrix display is possible to input all necessary data for the level measurement and to show and recognize false echo signals.

The SGM ware software is suitable to configure and gauge the HART protocol, by means of PC and COMWAY converter.

The TxIsoPack-HART and TxIsoRail-HART are high
performance temperature transmitters which convert RTDs,
Thermocouples and voltage signals into a 4-20 mA current
along with a superimposed HART protocol digital
communication.
Complete configuration, calibration and parameters
monitoring can be fully achieved through the two-wire current
loop by means of a convenient PC software and USB interface
called TxConfig-HART.
Sensor type input is fully programmable for most relevant
RTDs, thermocouples, variable resistors,andvoltage inmV.
High Isolation between input and output drastically improves
stability and reliability with greater immunity to
electromagnetic noises in extremely harsh industrial

We are engaged in fabrication of Ultrasonic Level Transmitter that are used in measurement of the level of liquids where physical contact with liquid is not possible. The transmitter is designed with a “blind zone” of 0.25m close to the sensor, at this point measuring capability of instrument lapses.

During the use of the equipment following points should be noted:

• Avoid spurious echoes which are not reflected by the surface
• Take care of the positioning of the METER sensor
• No obstacles should interfere with the ultrasonic wave emission lobe
