Ultrasonic Flow Meter

We are engaged in fabrication of Ultrasonic Level Transmitter that is used to take measurements of the level of liquids, where physical contact with liquid is not possible. The transmitter is designed with a “blind zone” of 0.25m close to the sensor, where at this point measuring capability of instrument lapses.

During the use of the equipment following points must be noted:

  • Avoid spurious echoes which are not reflected by the surface
  • Take care of the positioning of the METER sensor
  • No obstacles should interfere with the ultrasonic wave emission lobe

We fabricate this range of Ultrasonic Level Transmitter in the following specifications:

V-Cone Flow Meter

V-Cone Flow Meter

V-Cone Flow Meter is an advanced differential pressure type Instruments. Employed in today's most challenging applications in oil / gas production, chemical, food & beverage , plastics, pharmaceuticals, textile, power and water & wastewater applications. V-Cone is especially useful in tight-fit and retrofit installations in which the long runs of straight pipe required by Orifice Plates, Venturi Tubes, and other technologies are either impractical or unavailable.

With no moving parts to replace or maintain, the V-Cone offers long term performance with low operating costs. In addition, the meter never needs recalibration, so once installed, it can operate unattended for years.

The installation flexibility of the V-Cone is due to its ability to condition the flow prior to measurement.

Application medium:

Gas medium scale: Coal gas (coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, generating furnace gas, gas of city pipe), natural gas (include natural gas covering wet 5% below), air, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, CO2, CL2, Methane gas, Propylene gas, fune, saturated steam, superheating steam, and wet gas.
