We possess a sound infrastructure that includes manufacturing plant of 4500 sq. mtrs., well equipped with latest sophisticated machinery. This enables us to produce durable pumps. We also use effective & modern technologies in our production operations. We have our workshop in Coimbatore with amenities of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) & testing of products. Exclusive modern machine shop houses modern machines for Rotor machining, Milling Centers, Center Lathes, Radial Drilling Machines, Horizontal Boring Machines, Long Thread Milling Machines etc. We have our in-house polymer plant for manufacturing of stators and have machines like Open roll mixing mill, Hydraulic presses, Extruders etc.


Pattern Shop & Tool Room

We have our own tool room to construct the complex steel cores for the stators, jigs and fixtures. These are utilized in increasing productivity levels. In our pattern shop, we create wooden or aluminum patterns that are used for casting purposes.

We operate within well defined and established parameters of quality. All our quality testing facilities are as per ISI standards. We carefully monitor each stage of the production process, starting from raw material checks to production completion checks. The final products are put through stringent testing to confirm their quality and durability.

Assortments of high-quality rubber are provided to ensure that the stator attains high performance in your precise application. The rotors manufactured by us are sufficiently sturdy as we use industrial standard of chrome plating thickness to withstand abrasive pumping conditions. Performance standards of any original progressing cavity pump are followed while manufacturing transposable replacement parts.

Our founder Mr. Kumar Bhadauria is a proficient engineer with immense understanding of the technology of screw and helical pumps. His sound knowledge in designing these pumps is simply amazing. He is fully supported by our team of qualified, knowledgeable & expert professionals.

Our managers have the responsibility for manning different aspects of our production process.
