About Us
Established in the year 2000, we, Vishakha Fabric, are a dynamic and progressive firm engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of a range of patch work fabrics. Started with a modest infrastructure comprising 10 machines, we have grown with full strength and presently have around 120 sewing machines. These machines have a patching capacity of 2 lac per month in madras patch work fabric. The wide assortment of our products comprises
Madras Patch Work Fabric, Pintuck Fabric, Yarn dyed Madras Checks, Patchwork Shirt, Patchwork Shorts, Dress, Skirt and Handloom Fabrics.
In addition to our array of patchwork fabrics, we are also manufacturing various other products such as home furnishing items, garments and made ups. Our ability to manage voluminous production with a monthly capacity of 2,00,000 Yds/month in Patchwork, 65,000 Yds/month in pintuck, etc., is supported by our efficient logistics network that helps us in making speedy deliveries. |

Customer Satisfaction.....Our Forte
To achieve complete customer satisfaction, we offer a variety of value added services for them. These include a sampling facility and customization facility. The customers can get products customized as per their requirement in choice of colors, designs, lengths, pattern, weaves etc. Our unique sampling facility also gives them the leverage to take a look at the prototype of the actual product before final production. They can suggest changes if not satisfied with the sample and get it changed accordingly. Our personnel work in close coordination the clients for understanding their requirements and deliver accordingly. Since our sampling facility is paid, the following charges are to be borne by the client:

Warehouse, Packaging & Delivery Facility
To store our voluminous stock of products we are backed by a vast warehouse. The presence of a huge warehouse eases out the pressure of storing the products till they are sent out for packaging and delivery. We maintain a congenial atmosphere fit for storing the consignments and regularly fumigate it to keep away moth, silver fish etc. Each consignment is kept under properly labeled shelves for easy identification.
Here we also have a packaging facility to protect the products from wear and tear during the transit stage. We provide individual as well as bulk packaging in plastic sheets and other materials as specified by the customers. The packed products are delivered within the stipulated time frame through our efficient network. We require an estimated lead time of 1 month for making deliveries. |
