Induction Moulded Pipe Fittings

We offer a wide range of filter plates that are moulded from polypropylene material and are widely used for filtration systems engineered for removing particles or organic impurities from chemicals or electroplating solution. Our range is provided with a stack of 22-filter plate’s element that can filter 10000 LPH with the help of appropriate filtration system. Besides, these are available in size 300 mm dia. 12mm thick and are suitable for various industrial applications.

We offer an assortment of union that are manufactured by using rigid PVC material and are moulded on fully injection moulding machine at very high pressure. Our range of socket weld end PVC unions can be attached on PVC pipelines through a simple solvent cement weld technique. Our range is basically fabricated to allow the economical laying of PVC pipelines both above and below the ground level. Besides, our range is equipped with O ring seal system that offers gives 100% leak proof joint even at high pressure condition. These are widely used  for conveying water, beverages and chemicals & are available in size 1/2, 3/4", 1, 1.1/4, 1.1/2", 2 & 3" NB.

Our precision engineered flanges are manufactured by using high impact rigid PVC, polypropylene & HDPE material and are moulded on injection moulding machine. Our range is resistant to strong acids, alkalis, salt solutions and allied chemical. These are available in three versions namely slip-on type, blind type & threaded type and vary in sizes of 1/2" NB to 6" NB. Our range is also drilled to BS 10 table D, E or F or ANSI B 16.5 class 150# Or DIN PN 10 or as per the industrial requirements. Following are the salient features of our range:
