These valves also features double asbestos packing and back seating for stem seal replacement under pressure.

Our ice canes are made from 16 SWG galvanized iron sheets. These are riveted with M. S. iron ring (1.5" x 0.25") at the top of the canes. The ring reinforces the top and prevent it from damaging. The smooth construction of these canes ensures crystal clear ice. Ice canes are made up with a slight taper to enable the block of the Ice in thawing. Our superior heavy duty ice canes ensure leak proof services.

Our hand hoist are made of heavy duty cast iron to lift the ice canes of any size. The drum is fitted with a large gear, which is engineered with a small gear. The small gear is operated by a shaft on which a large size of hand wheel is fitted which require less manual power to operate.

Our vertical agitators are made of heavy duty M.S. pipe in which a 2" shaft is fixed. The shaft has a gun metal bush on one end and double ball bearing on the other end. The bearings are to control the shaft and to rotate the pulley. The heavy duty C. I. fan is fitted in the bush which circulates the brine water in the ice tank.

Cold storage doors are manufactured from the hard wood which is equivalent to hollock wood (Assam teak). These doors are insulated with 4" thermocole fixed between the inner and outer side of the wood. The doors are covered with aluminium sheet from both side of the insulation to prevent it from any damage.

Fin type ammonia air cooling unit are made of steel pipe with aluminium fins, tightly pressed over the coils. The pipes are spray galvanised/ hot dip galvanized. The casing of the coil is made from G. P sheet. Two propeller type blowers are fitted at front of the unit for air circulation to increase the heat transfer. These units are more efficient, light in weight, have more air cooling capacity and require less space save energy.

Our cooling coils are made up of 1 and a quarter tata "C" class pipes. This cooling coil comes with accumulator, header (4" Tata "C" class pipe), flanges, oil drain pipe and all other necessary inlet & outlet connections.

Our refrigeration receivers is made from heavy duty M.S. plate and fitted safety valves, gauge glass valves, gas charging oil drain valves. Dished ends are welded on both sides of the receiver and all other necessary connections are incorporated (Built In).
