A.C. Synchronous Motors that our company produce is power coated cast aluminum body with steel shaft. These motors offer efficient performance and operate at low speed 60 RPM @ 50Hz. We offer large torque range from 2kg-cm to 60 kg-cm in three NEMA frame sizes viz. and are available in 10 various models. We provide instant start and stop options that enable the user to work without interruption. Starting, running & stalling currents are same and the rotor can be locked magnetically by applying DC.

A.C. synchronous motor consist of 3 lead two phase wound stator & permanent magnet rotor with class B insulation that makes our product durable and qualitative.

The DC stepper motors we produce are hybrid type unipolar and bipolar with multi- tooth stator and rotor. The stator is two phase pair (four phase) bifilar winding, with 6 leads or 8 leads and permanent magnet is used in rotor. These motors are electromagnetic device that converts digital pulse into discrete mechanical rotational movements.

The geared synchronous motors that our company manufactures, rotates exactly at the supply frequency or a submultiple of the supply frequency. The geared synchronous motors we manufacture are available in two types of gearboxes:

• Synchronous or Stepper motor with frame size 2.3” and motor diameter 58 mm. it is attached with 80 x 73 x 17 mm gearbox
  
• Synchronous or Stepper motor with frame size 3.4" & 4.2" and motor diameter 86mm & 108mm with cast aluminum gearbox.

The rotors used in these motors do not require any induced current so they do not slip backward against the mains frequency. It rotates synchronously with the mains frequency. These geared motors have high accurate speed, and the DC used are available in international and domestic model.

The plastic model gear (Acetal copolymer resin-like delrin) with white plastic molded 20 DP gears range is very sturdy and requires no lubrication for gears. These gears are available in 12, 16, 20 and 24 teeth and are also offered without center aluminum bush with diameter 3/8. Tapped holes or screws that are for easy mounting are available in 24, 30, 36, 40, 48, 64, 80, 96,108 and 180 teeth & have center aluminum bush with 3/8" hole.
