We manufacture stainless steel castings that are manufactured from low cost alloys. These castings are general engineering products are include the full range of SG and grey irons. These castings are known for their different mechanical properties. The different raw materials used in manufacturing these products are bronze (IS 318, Cr 2), CI (FG 200 & 250) and SS (CF8 and CF8m). The different industries for which we manufacture our SS castings are:

• Other workshop machineries

We at our casting and SG iron foundry are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of various types of impellers that vary from 0.5 Kg to 75 Kgs single piece casting. We also manufacture various type of pump body, cylinder casting, piston and other components in FG 200 and FG 250 grade. Through our efficient production facilities, we have the capacity of manufacturing more than 5000 impellers per month.

These impeller castings are durable in quality and Very high precision SS and Cast Iron Impellers-open and closed types, for centrifugal pumps manufactured with high quality material from 3mm to 500mm opening with thinner wall thickness.

The textile shafts and pump shafts are available with us from sizes 12mm dia to 200mm dia for various pumps operated at 1450 RPM and 3000 RPM. The textile shafts used in the speed frame and ring frame frame with spindle are also available. The material construction is EN 8D.
