Our Team
Our team works in close proximity with our clients as they design, manufacture and inspect the components and forging items according to their samples, blue prints and designs provided by our clients.

Manufacturing Facilities
We possess excellent manufacturing facilities for producing our CNC turned components, bright bars and forging items. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit covering 5000 sq. meter area, is well equipped with sophisticated machines & various SPM's along with an in house design units. The manufacturing and design unit are well maintained in accordance with the industrial standards for optimum utilization resources. The machines are also maintained well for efficient production process. We use the following machines: Machine Shop
- 7 CNCS/ Grinders/ Drilling & other basic Machines.
- A fully equipped standard room.
Bright Bars - We draw material from 5 to 60mm in Round/Hex & other profiles.
- Total Capacity:- 1000 MT
Forgings - We offer hot drop die forgings for items ranges from 200gms to 6kgs.
- Total Capacity:- 1200 MT
We also adopt CAD/CAM facilities in the initial stages of our production process to make our components in accordance with clients. Moreover, our production process is strictly in compliance with most governing standards. Moreover, we are moving towards automization of the manufacturing process to improve upon productivity & reduce rejection to zero level.

Quality Assurance
We pay utmost care to quality. The quality assurance is delivered by the rigorous functional/performance tests carried out on every unit coming out of the assembly line. Our product range includes automotive parts, automotive parts inventory, automobile spare parts, CNC turned components, precision CNC turned components, precision turned components, steel bars, cold drawn steel bars and cold drawn steel round bars. We also perform live tests on them periodically. The test rigs are computerized to reduce human errors. Utmost care is taken at every stage so as to bring out superior quality products. Process and inspection sheets are laid down to ensure strict vigilance both in the procurement and production process. Quality process at Manufacturing Unit:
