Our caterpillar machines are very useful in different cable manufacturing stages like process of sarmouring/ steel taping, sheathing, inner sheathing for pulling of bunched conductor and for laid-up cables. Our machines pull the cable with a uniform speed without any damage to the size and shape of
cables. We offer these machines in two models in this category:
 

• Screw Type Mechanical Machine
•  Pneumatic Type Machine

 
Note: The pneumatic type machine is air pressure controlled and is more comfortable to ensure the size & shape of the cable. It has 3 step speed changing gear box that enable it to pull all sizes of cable from minimum to maximum diameter. Provided with extra wide & extra thick pulling belts make these machines perfect choice to pull cable & many more extrusive products. They are also available in different models for different sizes and applications ranging from 240 sq mm to 630 sq mm x 3.5 core cables.

The machine is suitable for fine wire bunching. Available in three models i.e 250 mm flange diameter to 500 mm. Flange diameter these machines have high efficiency and require less maintenance.

Our product range also comprises of sequential cable marking machines. These machines are widely used to make color bands/ dots on the insulated core / wires to identify the correct sequence in the bunch of cores in multi-core or multi-pair communication cables. It is also to be noted that our designed sequential marking machines are used to mark the progressive measurement of the cable length. These machines are also used to mark the manufacturer's name on the cable.

Designed in accordance to international quality standards, we are one of the few names to offer stranding/ anti-twist stranding machines. At Vishwakarma Engineering Works, we manufacture conventional stranding machines (Rigid Bobbins Type) and anti- twist stranding machines (up to 48 Bobbins) for stranding and armouring as per the requirements of the R.D.S.O specifications for railway signaling cables. Having an ability to withstand every working conditions, they have high efficiency.

Dedicated towards achieving our target production with full accuracy, we also fabricate thermo plastic extruders, which incorporates many outstanding features to give long & hassle free operation. Designed as per clients' needs, theses products are ideal for efficient precision and uniformly continuous processing of thermo-plastic material into various extrudes like conduit pipes, profile, tubing and sleeving, blow film, sheets, cables, wires and tapes.

We manufacturer state of the art wire drawing machine from rod (8 mm diameter to 0.20 mm diameter). The machines are supplied in a set of either 3 machines or 2 machines as per the customer's requirements.
