Sales & Marketing
The scales targets are set and reviewed by the scales and marketing department of the company. The department also generates various Management Information System (MIS) reports and takes corrective and prevtive action based on them.
Customer Support & Servicing
VISHWAKARMA ENTERPRISES products are supported with a carefully planned sales and customer service. All service engineers of the company are trully trained for the maintenance of its products. All field complaints are analysed for reasons through monthly Corrective ACtion Review Meetings providing feedback to the R&D Department. |
