We Offer
| Free Hand Shaping Machine
Our Free Hand Shaping Machines are used for cutting and polishing different precious and semi precious gemstones. The machine is ideal for shaping and calibrating girdles of all gemstones in almost all conceivable shapes.
The gemstone, to be cut and polished is inserted and locked into the collet like cup of the machine, which holds the stone firmly. The girdle of the gemstone is grounded on the grinding wheel, in conformity with the shape of the template used.

| Two Facetor Israely Machine
Our Two Facetor Israely Machines are ideal for processing of two gemstones at a time. The Gemstone are fixed on the Brass dopstick with the help of dopping wax. Being constituted from best quality steel, these machines are sturdy and perdurable. The high speed motor configured in these machines enable the processing of the gemstones at a faster pace.

| Four Facetor Israely Machine
The Four Facetor Israely Machines can efficiently cut and polish 4 gemstones at a time. One end of the dop stick has the stone and the other end of the dopstick is rested in the respective slot provided in the facetor unit. These slots provided in the machines are efficient cutting and polishing of the gemstones at different angles.

| Six Facetor Israely Machine
Our Six Facetor Israely Machines are used for cutting and polishing 6 gemstones at a time. The facetors in these machines are aligned with each other in such a manner that the full facet is polished on the polishing lap. After the faceting is complete, the precious and semiprecious gemstones are polished.
