Incepted in the year 1993, we are a known name in manufacturing and exporting of reprocess plastic granules which are used as indispensable ingredient in producing plastic products.
Our range includes ABS, HIPS, NYLONE GF WITH SEMI VIRGIN and GRINDING with the choice of all colours. The per day production of our manufacturing unit is 5.0 MT which can be increased as per customer requirements. A lead time of minimum 7 days has to be granted to us in order to receive the bulk order in a hassle free manner.
We now aim at manufacturing PP (Polypropylene) granules. Our range is widely used in automobiles, electronics, gift traticles, door magnet, spectacase, textile parts, quartz, irrigation ball valve, electrical equipments and other consumer durables.

Muffle furnace : Is used to monitor the ash content of reprocess plastic granules sample Injection *molding machines : Is useful in thoroughly checking the thermal stability of pigments that are to be incorporated in master batches.
Universal air oven : Is used to analyze the moisture content of the resin/reprocess plastic granules
Color matching cabinet : Helps in assessment of the product's color in various light conditions
Color spectrophotometer : Is used to check the color, shade and the extent of pigment dispersion in the resin with microprocessor precision, which ensures production of accurate reprocess plastic granules

founded in 1993 with small plastic trading company.In 1996 company installed its first extruder with production 0f 0.25 MT per day.As time changes in 2003 ,company change its overall infrastructure and come with new technology extruder with production of 2.5 MT and in 2005 installed other extruder ,increasing its capacity with 5 MT per day and it aiming to new sucess by opening its new venture , retail counter of reprocess and virgin reprocess granules......
