We offer automotive sheet metal parts, forged components, precision turned components like automotive bolts, pet mould, sanitary fittings, steering arm, metal bolts, valve casting, forged hubs, PET bottle blow mould, automotive shafts, ERW precision tubes, etc.

Our Engineering and Research & Development department has always kept at the forefront of the industry by developing innovative range of products. We are able to develop solution adapted to the customer's needs, while constantly improving the existing products. The in-house R&D is equipped with the latest 3D design software's and managed by highly skilled professionals.

Further, we have an in-house tooling facility that not only saves time but makes the process economical. Our strength lies in ability to engineer components with or without OEM drawing.

We have world class manufacturing facilities that can fulfill all the requirements of the clients with precision. Our Infrastructure includes is a full fledged Forging unit with drop hammers & friction presses catering to the need of OEM components over the year with 3000MT capacity per Annam and we have special purpose and general purpose CNC turning centers to handle simple and complex machining job to exact requirement. Over the years, we have acquired skills to build our own special purpose machinery for specific needs.

We have three world class manufacturing units located in the NCR of Delhi. The combined area of all the units is 15000 square feet. All the manufacturing units are equipped with latest technology based advance machines like CNC machining centers, CAD/CAM facilities, 3-D modeling Software's etc.

In addition, Vision Group also fulfills its customer's requirements pertaining to packing and labeling of products. There is a team of dedicated logistic experts, who can provide client's exacting requirements like bar coding, special packing, traceability, shipment tracking etc.

In our pursuit to offer quality and maintain consistency, each and every batch of products is subjected to stringent quality control checks in our advanced QC lab and to ensure zero defect products.

Since, the major product line of Vision Group is drive transmission and Auto Air conditioning parts, which may prove to be fatal even in the case of minutest of dimensional inaccuracy. So, in order to ensure zero defect, we have a comprehensive system of dimensional measurement and we conduct various measurement test in our advanced dimensional lab. Our measurement lab is equipped with cutting edge technology and has the following equipment:
