How We Recruit
 
Being a security service provider, we need to adopt a proven process and methodology to recruit our security guards and other staffs. We ensure that every stage of hiring, screening, placing and management of our security personnel must go in such a way that our services could achieve complete security coverage and accountability as desired by our clients.
 
Before hiring an employee, we go through the most accurate and rigorous background screening system in the industry. We use our Past-Positive Applicant Verification System that is designed to meet all regulatory hiring and licensing requirements while rejecting unqualified applicants. We can also provide drug and alcohol screening for our personnel on random basis as requested by our clients. The candidates have to go through personal interviews with local officers. All the verifications regarding educational background, work history, employment references and criminal records are strictly cross checked before final selection of the candidates.
 
On-the-Job Training and Continuing Education Program
 
We provide on-job training and continuing education to our security professionals. These include site orientation, site-specific functions and duties, emergency procedures and public relations. Our Security Officers are encouraged to improve their education via In-Service Training, a continuing education program that offers more than 500 video/DVD titles on the contract security service industry.
