• The main structure due to which the separation takes place is a pipe in pipe construction.
• The inner pipe is supported by means of guide vanes ( crates ) on the outer pipes.
• The lower side of the outer pipe is tapered  downwards.
• The entire assembly is covered by the outer casing which is 4 to 5 mm thick.
• This assembly is then supported on the support angles.
• Two duct openings are placed on the flue gas inlet and outlet sides with flanges.
• The dust collector works on the centrifugal action.
• The dust gas stream from the boiler enters at an angle in the outer pipe and is spun rapidly downwards causing the centrifugal action to take place.
• From the lower cone the speed of the gases increases and dust particles being heavier are collected at the bottom of the dust collector.
• The gases from the bottom turn and travel through inner pipe in the upward direction and are then released out.

• The degree of dust collection depends upon its potential as a health hazard, location of plant, the allowable emission rate, the nature of dust etc.
• The selection of dust collector should be based upon the efficiency required and should consider the need for higher efficiency.
• Characteristic of  dust : Moderate to heavy concentration of many dusts can be Abrasive to dry centrifugal collectors. Sticky material can adhere to collector elements and plug passages

The chimney is the most common air pollution controlling device. We are in design , manufacturing, supply, erection & commissioning of self supported chimneys, the basic Job of a chimney is to dispose the smoke emitted by a unit at a height thereby reducing air pollution at the work place. It is mandatory to provide a chimney as per this Act. The guideline for the construction and design of a chimney is given in the Standard IS-6533.

These are made with mild steel, which release fuel gases produced in the boiler furnaces as a result of fuel combustion. M.S Self Supported Chimney are at such a height, that all the gases produced by the boilers are discharged at height which helps to prevent all kind of air pollution. Available in various heights, diameters and thickness, these chimneys are self-supported or guy rope supported.

M/s.Vista Projects is engineered and custom built with best-quality. It consists of a cylindrical shell with welded distend end at top and bottom either a flanged and bolted distend end depending on process/customers requirements. An agitator of unique design is provided inside the vessels as per process/application. The rpm varying from 05 rpm to 1440 rpm.

The vessels with heating and cooling arrangement totally enclosed with suitable agitator provided which works at different temperatures and pressures. These agitated vessels are also designed for holding air, gases, liquid under pressures in various capacities ranging from 10 Litres to 5000 Litres. These agitated vessel are manufactured to suit the products. Material of construction for agitated vessel are in carbon steel, stainless steel of rubber lined.
