the blister card shows product uses and features while holding the product in full view to be examined by the consumer. The item is secured between a plastic bubble and a paperboard surface. The blister is then attached with a heat-sealing process allowing the product to be hung or displayed in various formats.

These are trays that are designed for the purpose of sowing and growing seeds in a controlled environment (like a greenhouse). Seed tray racks are space savers and this enables a lot of seedlings to be grown in minimum amount of space. Thermoformed seed trays are very flexible and are very cost effective. These trays can also be reused multiple times.

Skin cards are an inexpensive way to display your product on a card to promote impulse sales of low cost items. The product is placed on a porous rigid card with a heated film placed over it. A vacuum is applied to draw the film tightly over the product which holds it in place.

This involves the manufacture of plastic components used in Automobiles,

Furniture, Signage Material, Construction and other Engineering Industries.
The process used is both Thermoforming and Thick Sheet Forming.
Plastic Thermoforming (vacuum forming) is a process that can achieve the look
and feel of Injection Moulding, without the expensive tooling cost. Thermoforming
can also be an alternative to sheet metal and fiberglass with lower unit cost, lighter weight and improved appearance and durability. The plastic materials we process are Polystyrene (PS), Polypropylene (PP), Acronitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), etc

We produce a variety of custom thermoformed plastic trays and clamshell style plastic trays for holding manufactured items when they are moved within plants or between plants. These trays are also used inside assembly lines and stores. These custom-designed plastic trays provide protection for the manufactured items and also for safe handling of items.

We can manufacture sheets and films of thickness ranging from 200 microns to 6 mm and up to a maximum width of 650mm. At our state-of-the-art facility we make sheets and films of Hi-Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), Polypropylene (PP), Acronitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Hi Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE).

Plastic sign boards and glow signs are anti-corrosive, weather-proof, light, durable, sturdy and easy to store. Neon displays made of plastic are very elegant and have a high aesthetic value.

Medical trays are used to handle and transport medical equipment like syringes, needles, gels, BP monitors, thermometers, medical dressing, etc. Custom-designed medical trays come in various shapes and sizes and often feature sharp angles or deep cavities to accommodate particular devices. Plastics' ease of fabrication has resulted in reduced major appliance product costs. As a result of these advantages, the use of plastics has increased manifold in the home appliance industry. Vacuum formed plastic products are used in refrigerator inner door storage and liners, in washing machine agitators and mini baskets and in lightweight portable air conditioners. In addition to these convenience features, the outstanding thermal insulation characteristics and shape optimization provided by plastics reduce product energy consumption. Plastics have also greatly increased the product life and durability of major appliances.

Vacuum formed furniture equipment is a new concept in the furniture industry since traditionally all plastic furniture was injection moulded. But since most clients ask for variety and the exorbitant tool costs prevent manufactures from changing designs time and again, there has been a marked shift towards vacuum forming of furniture parts. This enables us to give our clients variety of mouled components / parts at very economic rates. Furniture equipment is usually made of ABS or PP.

The use of plastic materials in the medical field has been constantly increasing over the past few years. The need to reduce healthcare cost and satisfy the requirements of infection control standards are important factors generating a higher demand of medical plastics.
