Cr VI Conversion Coating | | | We offer chemical conversion coatings that are adherent surface layers of low-solubility chromate compounds. It is formed by the reaction of suitable reagents with the metallic surface. Usage of this chemical conversion coatings can change the appearance, electro-chemical potential, electrical resistivity, surface hardness, absorption and after surface properties of the metal. | Cr VIII Conversion Coating | | Our range of conversion coating Cr VI provides protective coating to metal surfaces and provides fine finish. These are available under following brand names:
- Sunbright Golden Yellow Passivation: It imparts bright yellow chromate coating over zinc plating and imparts high corrosion resistance to metal surfaces
- Sunbright Blue Passivation: This imparts bright blue uniform coating over zinc plated components. This coating provides better corrosion resistance
- Sunbright Olive Green Passivation: It imparts bright olive green uniform coating over zinc plated components which in turn makes the surface resistant to corrosion
- Sunbright Jet Black Passivation: It is a single-dip immersion process for producing a uniform jet–black chromate conversion coating on zinc, zinc die casting & zinc plate. It can be used after cyanide alkaline non-cyanide and chloride zinc plating

Phosphate Coatings | | Our formulated phosphate coatings are used on steel parts for corrosion resistance, lubricity, or as a foundation for subsequent coatings or painting. We offer following phosphate coatings functional at different temperature range: - PHASTO 40/1: Medium duty zinc phosphate chemical functional at 500C temperature
- PHASTO-40/2: Zinc nickel phosphate chemical operated at 200C temperature
- PHASTO-40/3: Manganese phosphate chemical active at 95-990C temperature
- PHASTO-40/4: Heavy duty zinc phosphating chemical operated at 700C temperature
