Incepted in the year 1997, Vivek Industries, has established itself as an eminent manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of wide range of metal surface pre-treatment chemicals & electroplating chemicals. Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. Shivraj Patil we have carved a niche in this competitive industry and created a huge client base across the globe.
Our latest manufacturing and processing facilities, based at Nasik and Maharashtra is well equipped with latest machines which are used in manufacturing metal surface pre-treatment chemicals & electroplating chemicals. Along with electroplating chemicals, we also offer chrome free chemicals especially for treating Aluminum & Aluminum Alloys, which at the moment are not available in market. Moreover, our chrome free passivation after phosphating process & trivalent passivation for zinc & zinc alloys plating process is the outcome of dedicated efforts of our researchers and production team.
We are supported by well-versed sales professionals having a marketing experience in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, parts of Andhra Pradesh as well as some North Indian industrial belt. We have also set up trading center at Kolhapur, Pune and Ahmedabad from where we conduct our business activities and successfully cater to our clients’ requirements.


Our Mentor
We, Vivek Industries, was established with a purpose to offer solutions to the clients for electroplating chemicals and allied products. Our CEO Mr. Shivaji Patil has a sound footing in the business of Electroplating and Powder-Coating activities for over 15 years. His associations with leading industry giants like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Mahindra Sona Ltd., Mahindra SAR Ltd. ( Rajkot ), I.B.P. Co. Ltd., XLO India Ltd., ABB Ltd. and several others has provided him adequate knowledge of manufacturing processes and specific problems encountered during the actual processes of surface treatment.
With the kind of extensive exposure received during the business of electro-plating and powder coating, he established the company for offering basic chemicals required in surface treatment activities.


Products We Offer
We procure qualitative raw material from trusted vendors based at Maharashtra to prepare wide range of metal surface pre-treatment chemicals & electroplating chemicals. Offered under the brand name Sunbright, our chemicals are formulated from premium grade of phosphoric acid, nitric acid, caustic soda, zinc metal, hydrochloric acid, caustic acid and several others.
Widely used to give the desirable finishing shape to the metals, our spectrum of finished chemicals comprises of degreasers, derusters, surface activators, phosphate coatings, sealants, SS electropolishing chemicals, electroplating chemicals, blackening chemical, conversion coating CR VI , conversion coating Cr Viii , temporary rust preventive chemicals and aluminium treatment.
