Sunbright Nickel Stripper It is an excellent stripper for nickel plated components
Sunbright Cyanide Zinc Plating It produces excellent, bright zinc coating with uniform & ductile deposits for both barrel and vat process
Sunbright Acid Zinc Plating It produces brilliant deposits over a wide range of current densities in both rack and barrel plating operation
Sunbright Acid Tin Plating Process It is a high speed process used to produce highly leveled mirror bright tin deposits. It imparts excellent solder ability characteristics to metals
Sunbright Hard Chrome Plating It is a high speed bath which has been developed to meet the modern hard chrome plating requirement. It facilitates high rate of deposition and provides hardness to the deposited chrome layer
Sunbright Cadmium Plating This process is used for imparting high corrosion resistance to ferrous as well as non-ferrous surfaces. The resistance offered is superior to zinc plating and provides bright and shining coating to the metal
Sunbright Copper Plating This process is applicable to ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Fine grained coating is obtained by this process. Widely used as an undercoat for nickel and chromium plating the chemical acts as a base for decorative finish on steel or other metals. It imparts hardness to the metal and are used in several I engineering industries
Sunbright Nickel Plating It is a very efficient process for deposition of brilliant, haze-free, nickel deposits with high degree of leveling and ductility.



Electropolishing Chemicals
Electropolishing Chemicals

We offer qualitative chemicals which can be used for SS electropolishing. Our offered chemicals imparts bright mirror finish variety of components like household kitchen sink, trolleys, automobile components, surgical equipment and several others in a short span of time. Various steps of electropolishing are as following:

Our SUNBRIGHT PASIO 77 is used in electropolishing process as a final rinse by immersion to enhance the corrosion resistance of the electropolishing surfaces.
 



Blackening Chemicals

Our formulated blackening chemicals are used in the process of blackening iron & steel by simple immersion. The process blackens a wide range of alloy steels and imparts moderate corrosion resistance to them. Coating with blackening chemicals withstands from 2 to 6 hours in 20% salt spray, which is sufficient for most indoor uses. For outdoor application, additional protection is provided by oiling, waxing, or lacquering the work after blackening. The thickness of black oxide coating ranges from 0.06 to 0.12 micron. The sequential steps of blackening process are as following:

    • PASIO-55: It is alkaline passivation chemical used for rust prevention
    • PASIO-RS: It is a neutral chemical having pH7 and used for forming protective coating for rust prevention operating at room temperature
    • VITREAT-3: It is a three in one chemical and acts as degreasing, de-rusting and phosphating pre-treating solution used prior to painting and powder coating of ferrous metal surfaces

    • PHASTO 40/1: Medium duty zinc phosphate chemical functional at 500C temperature
    • PHASTO-40/2: Zinc nickel phosphate chemical operated at 200C temperature

    • DIGOSA-20: Medium duty alkaline degreaser used to remove oils, soils and other rust preventives from ferrous surfaces
    • DIGOSA-27: Caustic free alkaline degreaser, formulated to remove oils, smut, and other rust preventives from non-ferrous surface
    • DIGOSA-30: Heavy duty alkaline degreaser used in removing oils, soils and other rust preventives from ferrous surface



    High Performance Derusters
    High Performance Derusters

    We manufacture and offer three types of high performance derusters. Our finished derusters are primarily intended to remove rust and millscale from various metal components. Following are the information of derusters manufactured by us:
    • DETROIT-SC: it is a hydrochloric acid based de-rusting chemical with corrosion inhibitors and wetting agent designed to remove oxides and black scale from the rust surfaces. It is especially useful for HR components
    • DETROIT-VAM: it is a phosphoric acid based chemical with organic and inorganic acids. Specifically formulated to remove oxides rust and black scales from the surfaces. It is especially useful for CR components.
    • DETROIT-PK: it is a phosphoric acid based wetting agents and surfactants. Acknowledged for removing rusts and oxides from surfaces, it is specifically formulated for coating casting components



    Surface Activators

    Our surface activators are specialized chemicals used to clean and prepare surfaces before certain operations. We formulate and offer following surface activators:
    • AVETO-30: An acidic activator specifically formulated to activate metal surfaces, to be used prior to phosphating operation
    • AVETO-33: A titanium base activation used prior to phosphating operation
    • AVETO-33P: A low foaming mild alkaline powder formulated to activate metal surfaces to improve subsequently applied pre-paint conversion coatings. It also acts as light degreaser and can be used by spray or immersion process



    Aluminium Treatment

    Our professionals have adequate knowledge of electro colour anodizing and Sunbright aluminum electro polishing processes which facilitates them in formulating following chemicals for aluminium treatment:
    • ALETCH-EX: It is a modified phosphoric acid based chemical used at 200C. Widely used on aluminum surfaces as a single step chemical as well as de oxidizer.
    • Chromate Finish: used on aluminium & its alloys
    • DIGOSA-ALU-21: It is a non-silicate, powdered alkaline degreaser meant for cleaning aluminum components and aluminum castings
    • VA-KROME-ALU: It is used for chromating on aluminum and its alloys and G. I. Sheet surface. Widely used to Improve paint adhesion and to impart bare corrosion resistance
    • ALCAST-2: It is a one stage acidic cleaner used on aluminum casting for improving paint adhesion
    These entire chemical are used in electro color anodizing process which provides corrosion resistance to aluminum metal. The process comprises of two stages, in first stage porous oxide film up to 12 microns is produced by conventional anodizing while in a second stage an A. C. voltage is set up in an acid metal salt solution between the anodised work & inert counter electrodes.
    Sunbright aluminum electropolishing process is a fast and economical process widely used for aluminum alloys and components. This process imparts a very bright mirror finish by eliminating the cumbersome buffing process prior to anodizing.
