20 Ft Pallet Dollies
Our range of Pallet Dollies (Pallet Dollies 20’) is manufactured while keeping in mind the requirements of our clients. Pallet Slave
Adopting latest technological
development, we manufacture a precision engineered range of pallet
slave. These are important material handling equipment present at
manufacturer’s premises or distributors’ production or
distribution center facility and are used for on going internal
inventory transfer. These are customized as per the specifications of
our clients and have been designed for long life and ease of usage. Designs that have been incorporated
with in our range are:
- Recessed barcode notches in the
edges for easy identification of product
- Eased perimeters at top and bottom
with 2" radius corners to increase life and minimize handling
damages
- Economical flexible timber risers
that provide a station for slave pallets and products.
- Assistance with forklift
modifications specific to our slave pallet design.
- Hand holes for easy manual
relocation of slave pallets

Container Slave
We have been manufacturing a wide range
of container slave that is customized as per the specifications
of our clients. These have been fabricated using superior quality raw
material and offer précised performance even under rugged
conditions.

Pallet Racks
The range of steel pallet racks that we
offer is known as the horse of the cargo terminal which lifts pallets
or containers on pallets of some sort. These are customized as per
the specifications of our clients and are known for superior quality. Features:
- Manufactured with structural steel
components to maximize the life of pallet
- Pallet transfer direction:
lengthwise transfer, crosswise transfer, and both directions
- Transfer fork pocket location: on
the long side, short side, or both
- Fork pocket dimensions vary with
each forklift configuration.
- Specify both the maximum of the
forks, as well as the dimensions of the forks, closest to the
forklift (maximum dimension)
- Standard capacity: 15,000 lbs., or
20,000 lbs
- Options: pallet stops for 88in x
125in pallets, and/or 96in x 125 n pallet
We also manufacture elevating slave
pallet, which allows a fully - loaded 15,000 lb. pallet to be lifted
to the 20in transfer height with a 5,000lb forklift. These are
configured for lengthwise transfer as well

Roller Deck
Available with us is a range of small
pallet dollies which is a manually operated roller deck. This can be
easily moved with special pallet movers and allows flexibility inside
the warehouse for the for build-up and brake-down activities of the
ULD. Primarily used in small manual cargo handling systems these are
also used as additional workstation capacity in bigger cargo systems. Generally, ULD’s are pushed manually
from the slave pallet directly into the automated system to a dolly or to a handing over point. Further, offering solution that allows
the save pallets to be handled with conventional fork truck lifters
thus reducing the investment for special pallet movers.

Baggage Trailers
