4-HYDROXY ISOLEUCINE (AMINO ACID) 4-Hydroxyisoleucine is a branch amino acid which has been extracted from seeds of fenugreek and it has not been found in mammalian. 4-Hydroxyisoleucine is a potent blood sugar lowering and anti-dyslipidemic agent. The studies have confirmed the presence of 4-Hydroxyisoleucine in fenugreek seeds in two diastroisomers: the major one being the (2S, 3R, 4S) configuration, representing about 90% of the total content of 4-Hydroxyisoleucine, and the minor one being the (2R, 3R, 4S) configuration. The major isomer is presently interesting with respect to experimental evidence indicating its ability to stimulate glucose-induced insulin secretion in micromolar concentrations. Some studies have also shown that the natural analogue of 4-Hydroxyisoleucine is more effective as an antidiabetic agent than a synthetic version. USES ? 4-hydroxyisoleucine in Fenugreek extract plays a valuable role in insulin promotion and glucose regulation, which may help to reduce body fat. ? 4-hydroxyisoleucine has a nutrient partitioning effect, which means it may help to shuttle nutrients to muscle cells preferentially over fat cells. ? 4-hydroxyisoleucine appears to be glucose dependent. The higher the blood glucose level is, the greater the insulin promoting response elicited by 4-hydroxyisoleucine. By helping to regulate insulin needs, 4-hydroxyisoleucine works as an adaptogen. It is a non-protein amino acids isolated from fenugreek seeds. ? 4-hydroxyisoleucine will be more efficient to creatine in the muscle cells to enhance muscle strength and lean muscle mass and Increase strength and size of muscle cells. ? It contains hormone precursors that can increase milk production in nursing mothers and it is widely used for insufficient lactation. 4-hydroxyisoleucine indirectly helps to lower the levels of triglycerides.
DIOSGENIN Diosgenin, a natural occurring steroid saponin is found in legumes. Diosgenin is precursors of various synthetic steroidal drugs that are extensively used in the pharmaceutical industry. We are capable for supplying diosgenin in a regular basis and according to customer specification. Diosgenin is available in crude form for pharmaceutical industry. Diosgenin offered by us is extracted from fenugreek seeds.

The herb has traditionally been used for calming the mind, relieving weakness, nervous exhaustion and arthritis, and for building sexual energy. Ashwagandha root is beneficial to people who do physical labor or exercise a lot to help the body adapt to physical stress. Ashwagandha herb has also been used for strengthening the female reproductive system. BOTANICAL NAME : Withania somnifera IMPORTANT CHEMICAL CONTENTS : Withanolides USES ? Traditionally, Ashwagandha herb has been used as a sedative, a diuretic, a rejuvenating tonic, an anti-inflammatory agent, and as an "adaptogen" (endurance enhancer). Many Western herbalists refer to this herb as "Ayurvedic ginseng" because of its reputation for increasing energy, strength, and stamina, and for its ability to relieve stress. ? Withanolides are the most important bio-active constituents present in roots of Ashwagandha. Withanolides are believed to account for the multiple medicinal applications of Ashwagandha. These molecules are steroidal and bear a resemblance, both in their action and appearance, to the active constituents of Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng) known as ginsenosides.
