We supply wide range of air showers. These are installed before the entry of a controlled environment to avoid contamination through personnel entry. Air showers employ concentrated airflows to lift off contamination such as lint, dirt, dust etc. , while an individual walks through a specially constructed chamber. The high velocity air from jet nozzles ensures efficient scrubbing action necessary to remove particulate matter and contaminated air then flows through sidewalls of the air shower and flows through pre filters and final HEPA filters.

Static /Dynamic Pass Boxes offered by us are used for transfer of material from one area to another in isolation by means of mechanical/electromagnetic door interlocking process that ensures opening of only one door at a time. This process helps in avoiding cross contamination between two areas.

We adopt latest technological innovations to manufacture a wide range of clean room garment cubicles that are used for storage of clean apparel for clean rooms having HEPA filter, U.V. germicidal tube to ensure keeping the garments completely free from bacterial contamination. Available with additional features for odor neutralization and infrared lamps etc, these clean room garment cubicles are widely in demand in various sectors.

The unit has outer body laminated with sunmica and inner epoxy painted. Working table top is fitted with acid / alkali resistant tiles and small wash basin with connections provided for  inlet and outlet of water. The front door moves vertically up and down with concealed counter balanced weight.
